Privacy Policy
DARA is operated by Goldenseal OÜ (registry 16042354, VAT EE102286049, Tina tn 18-8, 10126 Tallinn, Estonia). This page describes what data we collect, why, how we protect it and the rights you have. It is maintained by the operator and is not an independent certification.
1. Data we collect
Account: email, name (optional), phone (optional, for mobile-money), language, region. Usage: prompts, generated outputs, conversation history, minutes consumed, top-up transactions. Technical: IP address, device type, error logs. We do not collect card details or ID documents.
2. Purposes
Deliver the service (run your AI requests), meter prepaid minutes, prevent fraud, improve the product (aggregated analytics), respond to support requests, send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations).
3. AI subprocessors & providers
Your prompts and files are sent to the AI providers you choose: OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini, Veo), DeepSeek, Suno, ElevenLabs, HeyGen. Each provider applies its own policy. Payments: Wave, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, M-Pesa, Moov Money, Neosurf, card processors. Infrastructure: Supabase (Europe), Cloudflare (edge), Lovable (hosting).
4. Retention periods
Account: while active + 3 years after closure (accounting duties). Prompts & outputs: 90 days in history by default, deletion on request. Technical logs: 12 months. Payment receipts: 10 years (EE tax obligation).
5. Your rights
You can request at any time: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection. Write to privacy@dara-ia.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with your local authority: CDP (Senegal), ARTCI (Côte d'Ivoire), ODPC (Kenya, Data Protection Act 2019), Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonia), CNIL (France) or any other EU authority.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use strictly-necessary cookies (session, security) and anonymised analytics cookies. See the Cookies page for details and preference management.
7. International transfers
Some AI subprocessors are located outside the EU (mainly the USA). Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and each provider's security commitments. No transfer is made for advertising purposes.
