Terms of Service & Sale
DARA is a brand operated by Goldenseal OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 16042354, VAT EE102286049), registered office: Tina tn 18-8, 10126 Tallinn, Estonia. These Terms govern access to the DARA platform and the sale of prepaid minutes, trainings, packs and subscription offers. By creating an account or purchasing, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Purpose
DARA provides an AI creative suite, in-person and online trainings, packs bundling tools and coaching, and subscription tiers (Enthusiast, Hybrid, Nomad).
2. User account
Users guarantee the accuracy of information provided. Credentials are strictly personal. Any fraudulent use may lead to account suspension without refund.
3. Trainings
Trainings (discovery sessions, workshops, long-form tracks) follow the published calendar. Seats are confirmed after full payment. Learner cancellation more than 7 days before start: 80% refund. Between 7 days and 48h: 50%. Under 48h: no refund, but transfer to a later session within 6 months.
4. Packs
Packs bundle a subscription, AI credits, coaching hours and/or trainings. They are personal, non-transferable, valid 12 months from purchase. Unused credits expire unless renewed.
5. Subscription offers
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled anytime from the dashboard, effective at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund. Prices are shown in local currency (EUR, KES, FCFA) and may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Payments
Payments via M-Pesa, Wave, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money, Neosurf or card. Transactions are secured by our processors. Failed or disputed payments may suspend service until resolved.
7. Withdrawal & 14-day refund
In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund of unused prepaid minutes. Using part of the minutes waives the right of withdrawal on the consumed portion. Requests: refund@dara-ia.com or contact@dara-ia.com.
8. Intellectual property
Training materials, code, trademarks and design remain the exclusive property of Goldenseal OÜ. User-generated content via our AIs belongs to the user, subject to third-party model terms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Suno, etc.).
9. Liability
AI outputs are provided "as is". The user is solely responsible for their use. Our liability is capped at the amount paid in the last 3 months.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Tallinn (Estonia) have jurisdiction. EU consumers retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
