How are minutes billed on DARA?+
One minute = one chat reply, or the equivalent share of an image, video or music generation. You only pay for what you use — no subscription.
Which payment methods work?+
Wave, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money and M-Pesa across West Africa and Kenya, plus card payments in EUR and USD.
What happens if a generation fails?+
Failed generations are automatically refunded to your wallet. You never pay for a broken image, video or song.
Are my prompts private?+
Your prompts are never sold or used to train models. Data is processed only to route requests to the AI provider and is deleted after generation.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused minutes purchased in the last 14 days are refundable on request.
